Training Formats

Partnerships in Motion: A Renaissance in Aging™ is a multimedia training program. The program consists of a DVD and corresponding workbook. The film uses a hosted teaching component along with real-life partnerships to exemplify the skills needed to support people in creating a satisfying aging experience. Along with the film, participants use the integrated workbook to apply the skills to their own lives.

The program is flexible and can be delivered in a variety of formats. We can tailor the format to best suit the needs of organization.

One Day Workshop (4-6 hours) or Two- ½ Day Workshops

Participants watch the film in four designated sections according to the menu at the beginning of the film. Between each section, the facilitator leads a group discussion about the questions in the corresponding chapters of the workbook. See a sample of the workbook.

Five-Week Workshop (1-2 hours per meeting)

Participants watch the film in its entirety in week one. In the four remaining weeks, participants watch the film in one section per week and participate in group discussion with corresponding workbook questions. See a sample of the workbook.

Online Training

This method allows the training to be completed in stages. Participants can watch each chapter of the film and complete the corresponding sections of the workbook on their own.
